I hate it sooo much when someone tells me my bike is a "girlie bike". It's not! It's a BLUE HARLEY! There are a couple of guys who know how much I hate that and go out of their way to get me fired up on the issue. (you know who you are!)
I don't wanna be thought of as a chick riding a bike, I just wanna be thought of as another biker. After reading the… Continue

I got a good laugh out of this one, and thought I'd share it with everyone.
The Queen's Riddle
Barack Obama met with the Queen of England. He asked her, "Your Majesty, how do you run such an efficient government? Are there any tips you can give to me?"
"Well," said the Queen, "the most important…

Hey friends! Here's the Harley-Davidson Softail Custom that I was telling some of you about. This is the same bike that the seller almost ran through the trailer while we were there! haha It's a little dirty from being stored, other than that it's in great shape! It's been well maintained and looks like a great buy! I thought you might like to see a couple pictures.
Of course, I'll be changing a few things. For one, I'm debating on whether or not… Continue

How to Drive like an Asshole and Earn Your Early Death.
This guide will teach you everything you need to know on being the guy that had it coming to him.
STEP 1: While driving on streets and highways; drive rediciously close to people, this is very important if you want to get involved in a road rage accident. This doesn't mean tailgate, it means when passing someone or splitting the lane between two vehicles in traffic, make sure to almost hit their side view mirrors. Also drive at…

Some think Bikers are mean,
Some dressed in leathers and others in jeans.
You don't like our patches or the clothes that we wear,
You hate our bandannas and you hate our long hair.
You don't like our scooters and our loud noisy pipes,
You think we're not loyal to the Stars and Stripes.
You don't like our patches that are worn on our vests,
You think we're so different from all the rest.
But the truth is, Mister, we're kind of alike,
You drive a car…

Twelve Important Things My Motorcycle Has Taught Me
> 1. The only good view of a thunderstorm is in your rear view mirror.
> 2. Four wheels move the body; two wheels move the soul.

> 4. Life may begin at 30, but it doesn't get real interesting until about 65 mph.

I put my carry-on in the luggage compartment and sat down in my assigned
seat. It was going to be a long flight. 'I'm glad I have a good book to
read. Perhaps I will get a short nap,' I thought.
Just before take-off, a line of soldiers came down the aisle and filled
all the vacant seats, totally surrounding me. I decided to start a
conversation. 'Where are you headed?' I asked the soldier seated nearest
to me.
'Petawawa. We'll be there for two…

I recently read an
article by Art Freidman of MotorcycleCruiser.com regarding Harley-Davidson Motor Company's campaign against loud pipes. According to the article, Harley's CEO Jim McCaslin cites a four-fold increase over the last decade in negative media coverage and increased attempts to stop major motorcycle events, ban motorcycles from some communities, and…

Devil dog until I die

I'll be a devil dog until I die
My last words will be "semper fi"
Marines are created by the corps
We're no longer the boy next door
We come home a different man
You could say we were born again
For better or worse we change inside
The difference can never be denied

Real men don't need to pretend
They don't run & they don't bend
A real man would rather die
than be a phoney or cheat and lie
If your back is against the wall
a real man is the one you call

We had a fantastic time with the Middletown Elks this past Sunday. Those guys sure know how to throw a party! What a beautiful day for a Poker Run! I don't know what the actual turnout was, but there were a bunch of bikes there, probably more than last year. Take a few minutes and look at the pictures on my page.…

Sherry and I stopped by
Liberty Harley in Rahway, NJ yesterday afternoon to say hello to her cousin James who works in the service dept. We were talking to the service department about handlebar options for my wife's '05 883. We recently installed forward controlls. Now she wants her bars to be a little closer. I thought maybe a set of buckhorns might do the trick, but after looking at a few different styles it seems she's leaning…
